all you have to offer

Harry Potter night was a success, I think. we didn't finish all the movies because Chris is lame, but we got through the first three at least. I drove all the way out to Steve's by myself (since Chris was working) and then Steve and I went to get supplies. I didn't end up making any snacks, since it was too late by the time I worked up the motivation, so we just bought regular snacks. we did, however, make butterbeer. it was amazing. I am going to need to buy some cream soda and butterscotch schnapps to keep at home so that I can drink it all the time. goodness!

Sunday Chris had to work again, so I slept til 2:00 in the afternoon. not long after I woke up, Kim called and I went to hang out with her. Dustin had abandoned her to play M:tG. we decided that we will probably go to the beach next Saturday, since Dustin will be in Boston with Steve, for more lame M:tG. when Dustin got home, we ate some pasta salad and watermelon and decided we would al go to On The Border for dinner. I went home to meet Chris and let him know of these plans. he was agreeable. there were some awesome thunderstorms all day, with equally awesome cloud formations. I took some pictures in the OTB parking lot:
dinner was delicious, as usual. that place never disappoints. we got OTB Dip Trio for an appetizer. I had Savory Chicken Taco Melt. for dessert we shared the Chocolate Turtle Empanadas.

today Chris had off, so dinner was waiting for me when I got home. fried chicken and macaroni and cheese, yum! and so healthy! just the thing I should be eating when our trip to the beach is two weeks away... we got some more house links from our realtor, which is exciting. I told her we are interested in three of them, hopefully we can go look at them soon. we measured the apartment, so that we can compare our current room sizes to those in our potential homes. it turns out our rooms are a lot smaller than I thought. I am a terrible estimator of sizes. our bedroom is 12x13, our living room is 17x13, our kitchen is 13x13, and our bathroom is 8x7. pretty small. we're living in, like, 600 square feet of space.

now we are at SteveMikeBobby's house for anime, but Bobby is not home yet so we have to wait. laaaaaame.
